Hornchurch Housing Trust provide accommodation to enable people to remain living in their own communities when they can no longer afford to pay the market price for accommodation in the area.

Galvanize was given the opportunity to refurbish one of the flats a small one-bedroom property the bathroom and kitchen were completely stripped out and new was fitted with new electric shower new hot water system for the kitchen new consumer unit was supplied and fitted new switches and sockets all round. The kitchen and bathroom both had LVT flooring fitted the lounge, Bedroom and hallway all had new carpets which we fully protected until the new resident moved in. Both Kitchen and bathroom had new tiling with a stunning new kitchen and new black speckled worktop.
