Galvanize Contracts were asked by a property rental and management business to refurbish a house in Maidstone not worked on since the 1970s.

We were given a budget and a deadline that incurred penalties if we did not complete on time.

The property had one kitchen that was tiny as seen in the pictures that has now become the utility room, we installed a large new kitchen in a spare room to the rear of the property with all new appliance wiring and LED lighting.

We added bespoke built in cupboards to hide the boiler and create clothing space.

The property was decorated from top to bottom including the veneer would panelling in the stairway as the client did not want that removed in the end it looked fresh and fantastic.

We finished on time and within Budget the client was extremely happy with the result and within a week had a tenant ready to move in.
